Nord Lab — No Refund Policy (English)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, asset, script, or service provided by Nord Lab (“Product”), you agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy in full.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been made, whether through direct payment, digital transaction, or in-server currency, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Improper installation or technical misunderstanding

  • User error or incompatibility with external systems

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Delay in delivery due to development timelines

3. Digital Goods

Because our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase or download, they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Once a product is distributed, Nord Lab cannot “take it back” or revoke access in a way that allows for refundability.

4. Support and Assistance

While refunds are not available, Nord Lab offers comprehensive support to ensure proper functionality. Support may include:

  • Installation guidance

  • Debugging assistance

  • Compatibility checks

  • Feature explanations

  • Bug fixes and updates

Support is provided through official Nord Lab channels and is aimed at resolving issues related to product use. However, operational limitations or misuse cannot be grounds for refund.

5. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a purchase, users agree to first contact Nord Lab and attempt to resolve the issue through provided support channels. Any chargeback or dispute action taken through a payment provider may result in restriction of access to Nord Lab products and services.

6. Updates and Upgrades

Purchasing a Nord Lab product grants access to all minor updates and patches related to that item. Major upgrades or additional modules may be subject to separate pricing and are also non-refundable.

7. Legal Compliance

This No Refund Policy is governed by applicable international digital commerce regulations. If any portion of this policy is found to be unenforceable by law, that portion shall be interpreted to reflect maximum enforceability and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
